Gäste fehlen.
Und trotzdem wird immer mehr gemacht.
Viele Betriebe spüren es jeden Tag:
Weniger Frequenz.

Interface of Brand, Host & Experience with Economic impact.
Michael Brauneis, founder of the WowNice Experience Atelier.

About Me
My name is Michael Brauneis.
I work where brand meets guest – and where experience determines success or interchangeability.
What interests me is not primarily how something looks.
What interests me is why people stay, return and are willing to pay more.
Experience is not decoration.
It is the result of clear attitude, conscious decisions and strategic leadership.
My work is grounded in three perspectives:
-
the operational reality of a host
-
the strategic thinking of a brand developer
-
the perspective of a guest who truly feels the experience
I connect these three levels into a clear system.
Because differentiation does not emerge from ideas.
But from structure.

I am a host by Conviction and a Brand Strategist by Experience.
I know operational reality.
I know corporate logic.
And I know the expectations of a guest.
This combination is rare.
And that is precisely where differentiation emerges.
How I view my work

How I work?
I work calmly, clearly and in a structured way.
I listen, ask the right questions and translate complexity into decisions.
I do not develop experience as surface design, but as a strategic differentiation factor from identity and attitude to economic impact.

Why I do this work?
I have worked for many years in
and with Hospitality.
Operationally, strategically and from
a corporate perspective.
I have seen what happens when attitude is missing.
And what becomes possible when it is led clearly.
Where hosts make conscious decisions
and experience is designed consistently,
trust, loyalty and price stability emerge.
That is where I begin.
